Doyle Motley


Mr. Doyle Motley is the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for IROK Holdings.  
Mr. Motley graduated from the University of Oklahoma with Bachelor of Accountancy and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1979.

Mr. Motley also serves as CFO and Controller for Home Creations and all of its affiliated companies. As CFO and Controller of IROK Holdings and Home Creations, Mr. Motley is primarily responsible for the preparation and analysis of detailed financial information, as well as overseeing banking relationships and cash-flow analysis among the various entities. 

Mr. Motley previously worked for a major accounting firm for eight years, as well as serving as CFO for various public companies registered with the Securities Exchange Commission. Mr. Motley is currently a member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.

Jalal and Mohammad Farzaneh


Jalal Farzaneh and Mohammad Farzaneh are brothers as well as the co-Founders of IROK Holdings and Home Creations.  Both brothers earned their BSED from the University of Oklahoma in 1981 and Master of Architecture degrees from University of Oklahoma in 1984.  Both are also licensed architects abroad.

The Farzaneh brothers began building their first home in 1981.  Over the years, as their operations grew and diversified, the two brothers divided their areas of responsibility.  Jalal oversees the land development, sales, and marketing.  Mohammad oversees the accounting and construction departments.

Under the brothers’ leadership, Home Creations has become the largest home builder in the state of Oklahoma.  Jalal and Mohammad are active in a wide range of community activities and professional business groups.  The brothers have endowed several chairs, professorships, scholarships, lecture series, and academic prizes at both the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University (OSU) in the areas of Iranian and Persian Gulf Studies.
